What's your typical turnaround time?
Most corporate and commercial video projects are delivered within 2-3 weeks after the shoot date. Real estate videos can be delivered in 48-72 hours with rush service. Podcast episodes are typically delivered within 1 week of recording.
Do you travel outside the DMV area?
Yes! While we're based in Alexandria, VA and primarily serve the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia), we're available for travel nationwide and internationally. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our local service area.
What's included in your video production packages?
All video production packages include professional filming, expert editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery in multiple formats (MP4, MOV) optimized for your platform. Specific inclusions vary by package—check our pricing section for detailed breakdowns, or contact us for custom solutions.
How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for large corporate events and conferences, especially during peak business season. For real estate videos, commercial shoots, and podcast production, we can often accommodate bookings within 1-2 weeks.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is available upon request for an additional fee. All standard packages include fully edited and color-graded final deliverables. If you need raw files for your own editing purposes, please let us know when booking.
What's your revision policy?
Most packages include 2 rounds of revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions can be accommodated for a small fee. We work closely with you throughout the editing process to get it right.
What's your payment structure?
Payment is split into three equal installments: 1/3 deposit to secure your booking, 1/3 after the shoot day, and final 1/3 upon delivery of the final edit. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and payments through HoneyBook.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before the scheduled production date receive a full refund minus the initial deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit. We recommend event insurance for large corporate events. Rescheduling is free with adequate notice.
